You will receive up to $4000 for the following referrals:

• Successful permanent placement of your friend /referral OR
• If you refer a New Client / Organisation who is recruiting and we place a candidate in a permanent role on a full fee basis.

Please Note: Up to $2000 is payable on a full fee basis after 3 months and up to $2000 after 6 months of fulltime successful employment and is inclusive of all taxes and government duties.

You will receive up to $1000 for the following referrals:

• Successful contract placement of your friend /referral OR
• If you refer a New Client / Organisation who is recruiting and we place a candidate in a contract role on a full fee basis
• If you secure your own employment and choose to work /payrolled through Execom Personnel

Please Note: Up to $500 is payable on a full fee basis after 3 months and up to $500 after 6 months of fulltime successful employment and is inclusive of all taxes and government duties.

The Referrer and the Candidate warrant and agree that any information they have provided is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief. If false information has been provided Execom are not liable to pay. Where a client has their own referral program only one referral fee is paid.
